O-THREE is the closest apartment building on the closest street to campus: U-Drive. When we started Clock Tower, we agreed to rebuild walking-distance buildings only. This is your chance to live literally steps from class, the Loop, and the Village.
O-THREE will be the only rebuilt, fully furnished, and privately owned apartments on U-Drive. The University has a de-facto monopoly on the rest of the street. We started Clock Tower for students ready to grow out of University-provided housing. There is no need to sacrifice privacy, dignity, and fun for a good location.
O-THREE embodies our principle of small-batch luxury housing. With only 8 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you can feel right at home in a classic brick building on a tree-lined street in a historic neighborhood. The fenced-in backyard, complete with hammocks, a fire pit, and a patio table, is the perfect place to spend the weekend with friends.
