Application Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before sending any questions.

Apartments are first come, first served.
An apartment will not be reserved until all prospective residents submit applications and pay the $250 per-person Hold Deposit. Hold Deposits are fully refundable if no lease is signed for any reason. Once the lease is signed, the Hold Deposit become part of the Security Deposit. Once the hold deposit is issued, we will send the lease for eSignature.
Clock Tower reserves the right to return Hold Deposits at any time for any reason. Generally, we will return your Hold Deposit and rent to other applicants if you take more than 3 days to sign the lease.
Each resident is required to fill out a separate application. Co-signer, guarantor, or parent applications are not required unless specifically requested.
Once we receive all resident applications, you will receive a text and email inviting you to the Online Portal. The balance you see on the portal is a shared balance. It can be paid by one person or split among residents.
