O-THREE is the closest apartment building on the closest street to campus: U-Drive. When we started Clock Tower, we agreed to rebuild walking-distance buildings only. This is your chance to live literally steps from class, the Loop, and the Village.
O-THREE will be the only rebuilt, fully furnished, and privately owned apartments on U-Drive. The University has a de-facto monopoly on the rest of the street. We started Clock Tower for students ready to grow out of University-provided housing. There is no need to sacrifice privacy, dignity, and fun for a good location.
O-THREE embodies our principle of small-batch luxury housing. With only 8 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you can feel right at home in a classic brick building on a tree-lined street in a historic neighborhood. The fenced-in backyard, complete with hammocks, a fire pit, and a patio table, is the perfect place to spend the weekend with friends.

2. Get invited to the portal. Once all applications are in, we'll invite you to create your login and activate your resident portal.
3. Pay your hold deposit. Log in to your portal to pay your refundable hold deposit. No apartment is held until all applications are in and the hold deposit is paid.
4. Review and sign your lease. You'll review and eSign your lease right on the portal.
5. Welcome home! We can't wait to have you.
