Our always-buzzing neighborhood is the center for upperclassmen social life. It's a convenient walk between your next class, your friends' apartments, and your favorite restaurants.
HOW WE DO IT
We already lived the experience. We understood what was missing, and we asked you what you wanted. We stay connected through Student Ambassadors, and we're always looking for more talent!
Student Ambassadors get paid to consult on our newest projects, manage our marketing, and connect us to groups looking to lease. Becoming a Student Ambassador can also help you avoid waitlists and secure the apartment of your dreams.

Our off-campus apartments hold our most cherished memories. They introduced us to the freedom of adulthood while still waking up in the same home as our friends each day. Off-campus life is a unique and small window, and we aim to maximize that window for you.
Before we started the Clock Tower Company, students had 3 options:
1. University-provided housing & the infamous Housing Lottery
2. Mom & Pop operators & obsolete apartments
3. Faceless corporate landlords & disconnected mega-devlopments
With Clock Tower, you can live where you want, how you want, and with whom you want. Modern luxury housing no longer requires compromising your location, dealing with an unprofessional landlord, or ditching your friends for a better housing lottery number.
Clock Tower is small enough to listen and strong enough to deliver. We focus on one customer base, one product, and one neighborhood. This helps us to invest in our long-term relationships and do the right thing for all of our stakeholders.
